Activities

At Immanuel, we believe it is our responsibility to provide programs and activities for our youth to support and assist in their spiritual and social growth.  We are very dedicated in carrying out this important mission.

Children Ages 4 — 2nd grade

FROGs (Fully Rely On God) is a youth activity group that meets once a month.  This is a fun time for kids to participate in games, crafts, singing, and stories geared toward developing a love for Jesus.  This year's theme is "Fruits of the Spirit."

Junior Lutherans — Children in the 3rd — 7th grade

Junior Lutherans meet on Wednesday evenings from 7:30-8:30 throughout the school year.  The meetings include games, crafts and short lessons.  This group also meets one Sunday a month for a fun activity, which has included bowling, sledding and Halloween parties.

Confirmands — Youth in the 8th - 9th grade

This group meets monthly during the school year for special outings/events.

High School — Youth in the 9th — 12th grade

High school youth meet at 7:00 p.m. every Sunday night at the Church for Bible study, fellowship, and special events/outings.  This is a time to get to know one another better and have some fun.

College Group   — Young adults 18— 25

This group meets at various times. Please check our calendar for current activities.

This year, 21 high school and college youth participated in two different mission trips. Some of our service projects included sponsoring a child from overseas and 12 local children in need at Christmas.
